Every child has a right to be able to defend themselves against bullies and strangers ,with this workshop the child is not the only one who participate but also the teachers, parents/guardians. Women's Self Defence classes
women have a right to defend themselves and walk the streets without fear and with self confidence . In NSW alone my workshops have had an estimate of 55% success rate of women by simply being able to defend themselves domestically and on the streets. Just enough so they can go and get help . It has been found that more than 50% of children and women who suffer from some form of violence against them are from a family member.
NO child or women should ever have to be subdued to any form of violence against them . my workshops work they all hands on and those who attend learn
boxing skills , martial art self defence skills , kick boxing skills ,grappling skills

Security Officers Self Defense Seminars.
These workshop are run over 3 days and are all hands on self defence training sessions, over the3 days the security officer is taught how to use good effective self defence skills that works well within the force continuum guidelines . We come to your place of work and each session will last 4 hours , things that the security officer will be taught will consist of hand techniques , take down skills , dealing with more than one offender or assailants ,domestic weapons they can use like Keys , torch etc . elude and defend, restraining techniques, Dis-arming and armed offender. the security officers will also be given names of schools in their area if they wish to continue learning .
Note
The skills the officer are taught are mainly for self defence purposes only and not to be used if the offender/s are compliant and if there is no real threat present.
